After delivery I immediately went to try the product. I followed the instructions and connected it to my own bass combo. At the normal volume that I use for the bass guitar I could not hear anything and I could hear little even after increasing the volume. Then after looking on the internet what I was doing wrong, I tried to install the product differently. Finally when the volume was increased to 3/4 of the maximum volume, I really heard that it was working. So overall 3/5 stars, because the installation was not clearly stated in the instructions + it was only in English.
