System provides easy pairing for fast set-up and up to 30 m (100’) operating range (environment dependent), so it is ideal for recording, music education, journalism, karaoke, multimedia or gaming applications. Handheld transmitter features a high-quality dynamic capsule designed to provide exceptional sound reproduction and is powered by two AA batteries. Wireless receiver is USB powered and features plug-and-play operation with no driver installation required. Apart Macs and PCs, the receiver is also compatible with iPads and iPhones via Apple’s Lighting USB Camera Adapter or Camera Connection Kit (not included). In addition to computer applications, wireless system can be paired with Samson’s battery-powered Expedition XP106 PA, as well as the larger Expedition XP800 and XP1000 system.
