The behavior of the analog console is extremely complex, because the individual channels contribute other things to the sound than the summing buses, and the number of individual channels used is important for the overall sound. To precisely emulate all this complexity, the virtual console collection consists of two separate add-ons - Virtual Channel and Virtual Mixbus - both of which allow the user to choose one of six analog console emulations. The virtual channel is applied to the individual mixing channels in your DAW, and the virtual mixbus is designed to be placed on the first liner of the main fader.

The Virtual Console Collection contains emulations of six classic inline recording consoles, including the most popular models from Britain and the USA. These emulations are unrecognizable from the original mixing consoles, so your mixes combine faster, look more even and exciting, and require less work than ever before.

To make it easier to use the Virtual Console Collection, you can create up to eight separate control groups in your mixing session, allowing you to manipulate multiple channels from any module assigned to the same group.
