Good, timely delivery

Ik bestelde een gitaar voor een scherpe prijs. Deze was goed verpakt en geleverd. Enige minpunt is dat ik meer betelde voor het afstellen van de gitaar en ik achteraf toch kleine afstellingen moest doen. De setip was dus overbodig. Voor de rest beveel ik deze muziekshop ten zeerste aan.

This is my all-time favourite music shop! They’re incredibly reliable and offer outstanding and fast service at a very acceptable price. In December 2025 I ordered the majesty handpan that simply wasn’t the right tone for me and they were happy to send it back. This weekend I ordered an ember steel handpan and it arrived this morning. The delivery was incredibly fast! And this handpan is absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Muziker! A huge shoutout to the team!

It’s rare that I give reviews, but I must say that credits are due to the excellent customer service. I had to return my order. All went smoothly and I was reimbursed the full amount a few days after the package was returned.
