Pasadena AR01 Wireless system

The system is an analog UHF based on the KT0646M chip with a no-name control circuit. The antenna looks like it's for circular polarization. The pictures don't match reality - charging via USB C, 650mAh battery. Range is about 15m through 1 PC and 3 half-meter walls, so it can probably do 50m without any problems. The receiver seems to do some noise gating on its own, but very weakly, which is OK. It seems to me that the transmitter would like some kind of preamplifier (active pickup) at the input, because the higher tones have weak sustain, but I haven't tried it yet. If that's the case, I would give it 5 stars. Otherwise, the input impedance is high, so it can be connected in parallel to the jack (can be built into a guitar). The board has IIC pins for the modulator, so the noname circuit can be thrown out and bypassed. Not that anyone would actually do it, but it works :) Update: So I added a 6dB amplifier before the input and it plays practically the same as the cable (measured by ear and oscilloscope). It would probably be possible to amplify the receiver output, but I haven't tried it, so I don't know if it will affect the noise level. yeah and the response is 160 microseconds :)
