Leonard Albert Kravitz, born May 26, 1964, is an American singer, songwriter, musician, record producer, and actor known for blending rock, funk, soul, and R and B in his music. Rising to fame with his 1989 debut album Let Love Rule, Kravitz earned acclaim for hits like It Ain't Over til It's Over, Are You Gonna Go My Way, Fly Away, and American Woman. He won the Grammy Award for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance four consecutive years from 1999 to 2002, and has sold over 40 million albums globally.
