Gilding size for imitation leaf. Specialized mixtion Metal is designed for indoor application of metal leaf imitations (composition gold, silver, copper, or aluminum). Since imitation leaves are thicker and heavier than genuine gold leaf, this size provides enhanced adhesive strength and excellent bonding power on a wide range of surfaces, such as wood, plaster, MDF, and metals. It creates a strong, even coating without surface imperfections. Approximately 15 to 30 minutes after applying a thin layer, the milky emulsion transforms into a clear, tacky film ready for leaf application.
