Gang of Youths is an Australian alternative rock band formed in 2012. The current lineup features David Le'aupepe, Max Dunn, Jung Kim, Donnie Borzestowski, and Tom Hobden. Originally from Sydney, the band moved to England in 2017. Their debut album, The Positions, was released in 2015, earning multiple ARIA nominations and producing the hit single "Magnolia." The group's 2017 album, Go Farther in Lightness, debuted at number one in Australia and received critical acclaim, winning four ARIA Awards including Album of the Year. Known for their energetic live shows, Gang of Youths broke attendance records during their 2018 Say Yes to Life Tour. In 2022, they released their third album, Angel in Realtime, which topped the Australian charts and won Album of the Year at the J Awards. Their music is recognized for its emotional depth and powerful storytelling.
