Eva Kostolányiová, born Eva Vermešová in Trnava in 1942, was a prominent Slovak singer, dancer, and musical actress. She began her artistic career as a dancer with SĽUK and later became known as a singer in the renowned Bratislava cabaret Tatra Revue. Over the years, she performed with the bands of Ľubo Belák and Branislav Hronec, and also led her own group Hej. She left a significant mark on Slovak popular music before her untimely passing in Bratislava in 1975.
