Cobra Starship is an American dance-rock band from New York City, formed in 2005 by Gabe Saporta. Originally starting as Saporta’s solo project, the band later grew to include Ryland Blackinton, Alex Suarez, Nate Novarro, and Victoria Asher. Known for their energetic blend of pop, rock, and electronic sounds, Cobra Starship gained acclaim with hits like Snakes on a Plane Bring It and produced four albums, including Hot Mess and Night Shades. After announcing their breakup in 2015, Cobra Starship reunited in 2024 to perform at major festivals including When We Were Young, Riot Fest, and Warped Tour.
