Bobbiny Junior 3 mm 100 m Butter Yellow Cord

Thanks to its slim, easy-to-handle structure, the braided Bobbiny Junior 3 mm cord is a great starter material and a favourite of experienced makers who need clean detail. The braided construction with a cotton filling holds its shape, does not come apart and gives a smooth, even surface with no fuzz.

It is soft, springy and durable – ideal for lighter, finer pieces such as handbags, totes and backpacks, keyrings, mats and seat pads, cushion covers, jewellery, wedding accessories, small home decorations, macramé as well as knitted and crocheted projects.

The recommended hook or needle size is 6 – 8 mm: a smaller tool creates a dense, firm fabric with an even pattern, a larger one gives more airy, open stitches.

Please note: a braided cord cannot be brushed out into fringes. If you want to add fringes or tassels to your project, use a Bobbiny macramé cord of the same thickness.
