Recommends a product

Designed for people who will use the device as a midi, so they will have it constantly connected to a computer (and thus power), or at least connect it to an external speaker. The original idea of taking it somewhere with me, and while my friends play guitar, I'll accompany them on drums, turned out to be complicated. First of all, you necessarily have to connect an external speaker, and you have to do it via a 3.5mm jack, because the internal speaker is unusable. This is because the sound of a finger tapping a button, for example, is louder than the resulting kick sound from the internal speaker. Secondly, the battery life isn't exactly stunning, but it's enough for a few songs.

Pluses: Easy to play, good key layout.

Cons: Power supply via mini usb is rather a bad joke these days. I don't think anything other than USB-C will even be allowed to be sold in the EU from 2024. The speaker is roughly on par with a mobile phone speaker - absolutely useless for drums as it lacks bass Low battery life
