DISASTER! They sent me a flute that does not have this upper part that is used to produce the sound. Just cheap bamboo pierced in a couple of places and it literally makes NO sound. Absolutely disappointed. Considering that it is a music shop that should have at least basic knowledge about instruments, and that is that the most important part must not be missing, I can't help but think that this is a deliberate fraud. And if not, then they should ask themselves who they hired to check the correctness of the instruments before sending them. In every case, awful and unprofessional. I will not order anything from this site again.
