If you are a fan of TC pedals, I definitely recommend buying this (stereo) pedal. It replaces the use of three pedals at the same time, while allowing you to choose from 17 effects (no distortion effect). It also includes a built-in tuner. Setup is quick and the application for PC or mobile/tablet allows for additional settings for effects and Toneprints. I also like older effects that are no longer available. People on the internet are complaining that it doesn't have an expression pedal input like the X5, but since the X3 has a Midi interface, it is possible to use a Midi expression pedal or reduction. I mapped the entire pedal control via Midi on my keyboards and can turn individual effects on and off in real time, control all three parameters of each effect (which is physically not possible on the pedal, because it doesn't have the necessary number of controls), also control mash on each effect, expression for each effect + global expression, turn on the tuner. It is also possible to switch saved Pedalboards faster via Midi. Great thing! The only thing that bothers me and could be solved with an update is that the display on the pedal does not show you which parameter you are controlling via Midi, that is strange. What also bothers me cosmetically is the numbering of the pedals from left to right. You can switch the direction of the pedals at any time, but the numbering will not change anyway. Otherwise, the effects are quite clean. This is digital processing and therefore AD-DA, I did not notice any latency by ear. Sometimes you can hear digital processing in the background, e.g. with virbat, tremolo or flanger, but overall it is negligible.
