Alto Glockenspiel by Soundiron is a concert mallet percussion library designed for Native Instruments Kontakt. This library features a 25-key alto glockenspiel and an additional 7-key toy glockenspiel, offering a range of articulations and microphone positions to capture detailed and versatile sounds.

• Articulations: Includes hard mallet, soft mallet, and choked articulations, each with several dynamic layers and round-robin variations to ensure a naturally playable and dynamic instrument.
• Recording Positions: Captured from both a close, dry stereo position and a far, wide position in a large cathedral, providing two distinct sound flavors that can be independently loaded and controlled.
• Interface Features: The custom UI offers controls for swell, attack, release, tightness, tuning, vibrato, and articulation selection. It also includes an optional sub-synth waveform underlay module for tonal reinforcement, as well as a robust step-sequencing arpeggiator and auto-roll system.
• Additional Content: Includes 4 custom FX presets, 63 unique ambient pads, leads, and atmospheres created from the source sounds with various effects and sonic manipulation techniques.
• Effects Rack: Comes with a full DSP effects rack, including convolution reverb with dozens of unique spaces such as cathedrals, churches, halls, and otherworldly FX impulses.

The library is designed for the full retail version of Kontakt 5.5 or later, and includes 1,772 samples with 10 Kontakt instrument presets. It provides a wide range of sound-shaping parameter controls, each fully automation-ready in your host environment or in Kontakt's stand-alone mode.
