So far so good. I live in Finland so I ordered the stuff thinking it would take a long time but it resonably fast. Also the price was very good. I ordered a Audio inteface. It was cheaper than most other places and importantly in stock.

Quick delivery

The product (sewing machine) I bought was 500 euro cheaper than in my own country. It was delivered very quick. I have a guarantee of at least one year. I had an issue with the machine. They came to pick it up, repaired the machine within 2 weeks and brought it back all for free. The customer service is very good, quick response and very friendly.

Everything came alright, only less positive thing is that the shipping took 4 days longer that the days that were advertised

Very good service and good customerservice

My package arrived as it should. What makes me remove one star is because i had to be nervous if it would. I do not appreciate having to pay for insurance. Im paying for my item and it should arrive in one piece period. It shouldn't have to be my responsibility and therefore i was not relaxed until it arrived. I will never pay extra for insurance, this is your responsibility to make sure what i buy and pay for arrives as it should. I advise other people topay with Klarna so you do not have to pay if it does not arrive as it should.
