4 days free shipping for a 20kg loudspeaker, which was surprisingly fast. One of the speakers had a malfunction, I shpped it back and received a new one without any more spending in 3 weeks (shipping times included from France to...Bosnia ? not sure where the shop is located) I know it's normal but it's still nice that it works as advertised. The best part was the french customer support, I exchanged I'd say around a dozen mails, got quick and accurate answers in a few hours. Their customer service is what I appreciated the most, great e-shop.
