Damar varnish with satin gloss. The final damar satin varnish with UV protection is applied on the completely dried painting. It creates an impermeable surface with a satin gloss, evens out the painting and protects it from dirt and light. It is based on high quality damar resin. It is primarily designed for oil paints, but can also be used on acrylic paints.

It is necessary to let the painting dry completely before applying the varnish:

• oil paints depending on type and quantity 1-6 months
• acrylic paints, depending on the type and quantity, several days to 2 week

Application. Apply in a thin layer with a broad brush, as evenly as possible. You can repeat in multiple coats. It is completely dry if it does not stick when touched.
