I wanted it for passive two-way 4 ohm speakers - it's ideal for that. The sound is clean, there's no noise, the speakers are happy. The headphone output is unusable for me - it makes noise that increases with increasing volume. I haven't tried audiophile headphones, just in-ear headphones and a couple of computer headsets. Paradoxically, the cheaper the headphones, the less noise. The excellent Fiio plugs made so much noise that it was impossible to listen to them.

Pros: Small, smart, decent sound, performance is enough for me

Cons: Headphone output is noisy - noise is present even when no music source is going to the amplifier.
