On ne peut pas mettre zéro donc une étoile. Vinyl (pochette) endommagé demande de geste commercial remboursement ou échange mais on me propose un avoir de 10€ sur une prochaine commande. Je réponds que si c'est pour acheter de nouveau quelque chose de cassé aucune utilité de bénéficier d'un avoir. Depuis ma réponse désintégration du service après vente plus aucune nouvelle. On prends soin de ses clients chez Muziker. Premier et dernier achat avec cette enseigne. Adieu.
