Malabrigo Silkpaca Carnival Knitting Yarn

Knitting yarn. Malabrigo Silkpaca is an exceptionally soft lace‑weight yarn made from 70% baby alpaca and 30% mulberry silk. Its delicate two‑ply structure creates a light halo, elegant drape, and a luxurious feel, making it ideal for fine lacework and special projects intended to become long‑lasting heirloom pieces.

Each skein is hand‑dyed in small batches, giving your project a unique, artisanal character. It is recommended to purchase enough yarn for the entire project, as dye lots vary and skeins may differ from one another. Slight variations may also occur within the same batch. For even colour distribution, work alternately with two skeins, switching every few rows.

Despite being the thinnest yarn in the Malabrigo range, it is plied and durable, suitable for intricate patterns and airy garments.
