Bucket-Brigade Circuitry and Dual Personality

Authentic bucket-brigade devices (BBDs) deliver the lo-fi coloration that digital emulations struggle to capture. The Doubler button switches between two operating ranges, so the same Manual, Width, Speed, Regen, and Mix knobs sculpt either a tight flanger sweep or a thick doubling layer. Two LEDs on the upper face mirror the instantaneous delay time, letting players make confident on-the-fly adjustments even when stage volume makes A/B listening difficult.

Two Modes, One Control Set

The Flanger mode produces the characteristic swoosh by combining very short modulated delays with the dry signal to create comb filtering. Doubler mode extends the delay range so the wet signal reads as a separate, slightly offset track — perfect for thickening a single guitar into a stereo-feeling wall of sound.

Five Knobs, One Invert Switch

Manual sets the base delay time, while Width and Speed control the low-frequency oscillator that sweeps that delay back and forth.
