The original synthetic leather earmuffs lasted about two years, then they started to peel, so just like the ones I bought once, not so great. So now I chose sheepskin and the first impression is much better, fits beautifully on the ears , does not press etc. Used on Sony MDR 7506.

There is a loss of high frequencies and the sound loses clarity. In ATH-M20 it is more pronounced, in ATH-M30 things are better, for other models I don't know. I also tried on Yamaha HPH-MT5 and there it is the same work. Instead the bass becomes more distinct because of the excellent sealing. I think they would improve the sound of a Superlux HD-681 type headphone, where the highs are even slightly annoying. Overall, the sound of the headphones retains its character, but with less pronounced treble. Because of this flaw I won't be using them, but I'm glad I have them and I know I'll find the right use for them in the future. They are very easy to put on and very comfortable.

I bought it as a replacement for the standard Sony mdr-7506. with the standard ones, the depth was small and that's why after two hours the ears started to hurt. These pads are much better both in material and in increased depth, now the headphones fit much better and do not come into contact with the ears. Sound insulation has been significantly improved. I am extremely pleased. I advise everyone!
