Ludwing Hollywood Drum Kit for Kontakt

Experience the authentic sound of the 1964 Ludwig Hollywood drum kit, meticulously recorded in a wooden studio using high-quality microphones and preamps. This vintage drum kit offers an exceptional audio experience, enhanced by state-of-the-art scripting that incorporates innovative features.

With 6 velocity layers and 6 round robin samples, this library provides a total of 36 samples per articulation. All samples are normalized to 0dB, allowing for a smooth velocity ramp that results in 128 volume steps, ensuring a natural response whether played from a keyboard or an electronic drum set.

Main Features

The main interface presents a complete view of the drum kit. Simply click on any drum component to access a dedicated menu for controlling volume, pan, and pitch. Choose from:

• 2 snares: WFL Buddy Rich and Ludwig Super Sensitive
• 2 kick beaters: Plastic and Felt
• 2 ride cymbals: Constantinople and Avedis

Mixer

The Ludwing Hollywood Drum Kit is recorded with 8 microphones, including:
