Honourable Company! In 2018, I bought the aforementioned microphone, which produced terrible sounds after a year of use. I sent it back to your company for repair, to which I received a really quick response. A week has passed, which I think is fantastic speed for a repair, but what really struck me is that the accompanying letter from the service in the returned package is written in SLOVAK, which means that they degrade the Hungarian customer, namely a Hungarian artist who works a lot, that they don't even appreciate that attach a Hungarian translation. You are an international company if I understand correctly. So how do I know what actually happened to the microphone, was it replaced, or did it get a new head, or what happened???? This is a bit of a category 1. After that, I will consider buying anything from you and even though I have referred quite a few of my friends to you, I will not do it beyond that.
